In the season of Advent, we celebrate the arrival of Jesus, but we also focus on our own preparation. Are we making room for His presence? Looking at 1 Chronicles 15, we see King David learning the hard lesson that God is holy and cannot be treated as common. Yet, we also see the beautiful example of Obed-Edom—an outsider who hosted God’s presence so well that it transformed his life.

This message challenges us to move beyond a passive faith to an active, anointed walk with the Holy Spirit. We are called to be "living stones" and a royal priesthood, carrying the presence of God into our workplaces and homes. As we enter this holy season, let us learn to walk purposefully, ensuring we do not grieve the Spirit, but rather host Him with the honor He deserves.
